Avatars are to be NO higher then 400px. Our basic rule is that your avatar MUST fit within the screen without need of scrolling. If you must scroll in order to see the entire avatar, it is TOO big.
HRT does have a 'tasteful' rule for avatars.
This means that if you're looking at your avatar and wondering if it would be considered tasteful, more then likely it isn't.
To help chatters within HRT understand what we consider tasteful, we've compiled an example below.
The blocked area's are the required area's that MUST be covered. Basically, if an undergarment can't cover it, it's not appropiate. Keep in mind, HRT is based on Medieval 14th century timeframe. People simply didn't walk around half naked. Please also note that 'guns' and 'sexy lingerie' were NOT invented back then, thus they are not welcome in any avatar within HRT.
Remember friends... It's not the 'attactiveness' of the avatar, but the way you rp that matters. People here don't RP based on what your avatar looks like, we rp based on how entertaining your posts are.
