Attributes:
Bob is a jinn and once a free and powerful creature of the gods but was tricked and enslaved to a lamp to serve the owner of the lamp until there death or they are tricked into freeing him or tricked out of ownership of the lamp. As a jinn he is a very powerful being but he has limits and rules even in his enslavement to the lamp he must always follow. As a jinn he is a creature of element and is able to shape shift or be one with the elements. He has a vast array of powers but specialises in elements or making wishes come true.
Flaws:
He is bound to the lamp and can never be more than a mile from it unless ordered to by the current owner of the lamp.
He is bound by the contract placed upon him when imprisoned in the lamp.
The rules are as follows:
Rule 1| You must always obey the owner of the lamp unless it contradicts with any rule.
Rule 2| You can not be ordered to kill anything but can fight or be ordered to attack so long as no killing is ordered.
Rule 3| You can not be ordered to perform a act of love or passion or make anyone fall in love (basically cant be ordered to have sex otherwise I would be a sex slave and that’s not the concept of the char)
Rule 4| You can only make one wish of the owners choosing come true each day (due to the area having a effect on power the wish will only last 4 hours then the power of the wish will fade away )
Rule 5| must protect the current owner of the lamp
Rule 6| Can be summoned from the lamp which involves the lamp being rubbed 3 times. Is able to leave the lamp at will but in doing so no one must be aware of what he is and only the current owner can summon him from the lamp otherwise he comes to the summon only if he wants too.
Rule 7| can only be freed if the owner wishes you free

Background:
Not much is known about his past but what is written in stories and tales. Bob Was enslaved to the lamp many years ago and has served the owner of the lamp faithfully even though he desires nothing more than freedom. His last owner died of a heart attack in a deep dark forest and that is where the lamp has resided since then in a pile of bones of his former master. Bob sleeps mostly but sometimes he comes out of the lamp to amuse himself until someone else takes the lamp.
