Exceptions:
The Protective Barrier: The protective barrier will be removed for this day only. This means that all races, no matter how powerful, will be welcome and will arrive with their full defenses.
DayBreak/NightWorld: All Character's will be welcome for this day only. This means that the Hidden Realm of Tranquility will bend the rules of the realm that state that DayBreak must not know that NightWorld exist. For the DayBreak residents of HRT, this means that once the festivities are over, they will be doused with 'memory dust' (a magical potion) that will strip their knowledge that NightWorld does indeed exist. Please note that this will not hold any grounds to any ongoing rp. For one night only, the residents of HRT will be able to rp free knowledge of NightWorld. There will be NO exception reguarding the Memory Dust, however. Enjoy the one night where finally EVERYTHING makes sense, because come the end of the festival, you will no longer have any knowledge that such thing's actually exist. You will remember the festivities, and all the people you met. However, you will NOT know that some of those you meet actually belong to NightWorld.
Battles: There will be NO attacks made in HRT during the festivities. This is not up for negotiation. Even the Mods and Guards deserve one night off to simply have fun without needing to 'work'.
