PD Avatar Contest

Date: Saturday, August 15th.
Time: 6pm HRT - Midnight HRT.
Host: HRT Room Leader

Each Pull Down Room has a small avatar that gives the chatters an idea of what the room/location they are roleplaying in looks like.

The PD Avatar Contest is an opportunity to:
A) Let your creative Avatar Skills flow
B) Contribute to the building of the Chat
C) Have the opportunity to see your work displayed ALL the time
D) Gain a chance to win a free membership

Rules:
1. All images must comply with the Medieval setting of the Hidden Realm of Tranquility.
This means that no image with modern day technology will be accepted (Ex. electronics)
2. Images are not to exceed 500 wide by 150 high. (These images will be SHRUNKEN in chat, but will appear on the boards in their full size.)
3. Images are not to include the words, or description of the room.

Guidelines:
There is no limit on how many PD locations you are able to submit. If you only wish to submit one, by all means. Likewise, if you wish to create a PD Avatar for every single one, you are also welcome to do so.

Submission:
NO Avatar is to be posted in the main room. We do not wish to disturpt ongoing roleplay by flooding the Hidden Realm of Tranquility with submission images. Instead, all submission entrys are to be whispered to the HRT Room Leader (this is the handle that will be in chat).
All submissions will be accepted between 6pm-Midnight. Any submissions AFTER midnight will not be included.
All submissions will be posted on the boards so that chatters are able to see the compeition. Only the HOST is able to post these submissions. Please do not post your submissions yourself. Why? It makes the Host's job easier. When you whisper your submission to the host (HRT Room Leader) she will make sure to add it to the list to be posted on the boards.
The Mods of HRT will vote in private, and ONE PD Avatar per location will be selected and will be added to the chat for the duration of the Chat's accessability.

Prizes:

- A choice out of:
A) A Weekend Stay in the Quest Quarters of the Castle for you and one guest.
B) A Perminate Home within the Village
C) A romantic Get-Away: Includes, three days two night stay in the Princess Suite of the Inn, Room Service, 2 Free Breakfasts, 3 Free Dinners and a Tour of either the Castle or the Tower (whichever you choose yourself).

PD Avatar List.

Cemetery - Located among the trees of the Forgotten Forest just bordering the East side of Tranquility. These graves belong to the many individuals whom have passed away within Tranquility. A few graves are titled though many remain unmarked
Garden - Located in a small clearing in the middle of the Square
Private Residence - A Private Home located in the Village
Sanctuary - Located between the Tranquility Castle and the Square
Stables - This small building holds 7 stalls for horses, 4 of which are occupied by HRT's own. These horses are rented to the residents within Tranquility on the day to day bases for when they must travel from the small realm. The remainder of the stalls are used for visitors and travellers alike
Trail - This trail is manmade and leads to and from the many landmarks throughout the small realm of Tranquility
Village - A small area cluttered from wall to wall with the homes of those residents of Tranquility
Well - The small well located just left of the Village is the only source of water within Tranquility
Inn - This two story building holds a common room, kitchen, and bath room. Each 20 rooms include a cot, desk with lantern and a small mirror mounted above the desk. 10 of the 20 rooms available do NOT have windows to accomodate ALL guests

Tower Rooms: (Please note the Tower does not have ANY windows)
Tower Door - There is only one door that leads both into and out of the Tower. This door is located at the rear of the Tower foundation and is guarded by a man named William. The door is unable to be opened from the outside and thus William must grant you entry
Meeting Room - This is where all NightWorld business is conducted
Holding Cells - A large room consisting of a dozen cages each wired with a silver chain that is linked from one cage to the next and attached to a crank located outside the room itself in the small hallway. At one end of this room is the door to and from the room. At the other, another door which leads out into the Keep
Tower Keep - Located on the ground floor, this is a large circular room without windows. It's only enterance and exit is linked to the Holding Cells. This is where Lycans feast and spend the Moon Phases
Feeding Rooms - Located on the ground floor, this room is filled with fabric seperated cubbys. This is where NightWorld beings that feed on thing's rather then mortal food are ushered to. They are provided with a Meal here, and are able to feed in semi-privacy
NightWorld Quarters - Located on the Ground Level of the Tower, these quarters house all NightWorlders that are unable to live in the DayBreak world
Tower Library - Located on the second floor, the library is wall to wall of old parchments, journals and testiments of all thing's NightWorld that have been aquired throughout the existance of Tranquility
Master Quarters (royal quarters)- Located on the Upper Level of the Tower, these quarters are offlimits to NightWorld unless a personal invitation has been extended.

Castle Rooms:
Gatehouse - Position at the gates leading to the castle, this is a small 'house'/room.
Enterance Hall - You will be stopped here and asked to state your business, once this has been done and you have been announced you may continue
Great Hall - The Main Meeting Room and Dining Area that is used by everyone that resides in the castle. At the end of the room is a raised Dais where the Queen sits when in the room
Library - This library is open to all members of the castle. It houses many books of various subjects
Throne Room - This is where the Queen receives people
Ballroom - A large room in which balls and parties are held
Chapel - This room is intended for and is used by all members of the Castle. It is two floors, with the Royals sitting in the upper level and servants in the lower
Kitchen - This room is furnished with cooking ovens for baking and huge fireplaces for smoking and roasting food
Guest Quarters - Rooms that are used by Guests of the Castle
QueensQuarters - Private Quarters of the Queen
Archives - Holds the records and history of Tranquility
Balcony - This is located off the Archive Room. It overlooks all of Tranquility
Dungeons - This is where the prisoners are held. It is located in the underground basement level of the Castle
