Rules of Circle DayBreak
1. You must work. Nothing in life is free and hospitality can only be stretched so thin so in order to be a functioning member of Circle DayBreak you must maintain employment to support your lifestyle. Along those lines your character must also live within his/her means...not everyone is a rebellious runaway from a life of luxury.
2. The Queen's ruling is final. Circle Daybreak is not a democracy and Queen Lelanda makes all final rulings over important matters pertaining to the operation of the aforementioned faction.
3. Members of Circle Daybreak are unaware of the supernatural creatures wandering about NightWorld...or even those that mingle with mortals during the day. Should a member of Circle Daybreak be aware of vampires, werewolves or other creatures that member will not inform others under penalty of death.
4. The protective barrier around the whole of HRT applies to mortals as well. The barrier limits ALL magic, whether obtained through the use of an enchanted item or inherently possessed. The barrier will lessen its hold over the character with time. This is explained more in depth in the Introduction to HRT section.
